Warranty and Returns Policy

Forged & Formed’s jewelry and keepsakes are personalized pieces, cast and/or engraved, created to exact specifications. Our general policy is that we do not allow returns or exchanges. Exceptions to this policy can include cases involving defects, manufacturing errors, or damage during shipment. If you have a concern about your keepsake, please contact us within one week of receipt and explain the problem. We will work with you to make it right.

You MUST receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us to include with your return, so we can properly track and process your piece. Any items sent to us without an RMA will not be processed; they will be returned to sender, unopened. All RMA items will be shipped via our standard shipping service.

Forged & Formed warrants our keepsakes to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year. Repairs not covered under this warranty include:

  • Discoloration due to environmental factors
  • Discoloration due to allergic reaction to base metal or its alloys
  • Damage due to wear, abuse, or customer neglect

We will evaluate your claim and respond to you as quickly as possible with an update. The best way to ensure your satisfaction with your keepsake(s) is to mindfully evaluate all customization options before placing your order, and to get the clearest possible image of the print we will be using.

This warranty does not apply to keepsakes and jewelry that have been lost. Please check with your insurance company in the event that a keepsake is lost or stolen.
